Really friendly and helpful service from Zac. There was a delay between purchase and delivery while waiting for parts. While this could be a frustration for some, for me I appreciated the integrity of Brisan in making sure the bike was fully serviced, safe and ready to ride. Couldn't be happier.

I brought a 2nd hand bike off Nick , he was very helpful and informative.
